Megan Witham-Carroll

 

Hi, I’m Megan!

I’m an experienced personal trainer with my Bachelor of Kinesiology. I’ve lived a couple of different lives when it comes to my health and fitness. From being a competitive athlete, a recreational athlete, navigating chronic illness (Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis) and injury (arthritis), to most recently leading a healthy life as a new Mom, I’ve learned a lot throughout my personal health evolution!

 One thing that stands out to me is that a healthy body/mind/life can look completely different from one person to the next and even from one period of your own life to the next. There isn’t a one size fits all solution. But something I’ve found that holds up no matter what is that movement and taking care of your body can help you lead your most joyful, fulfilling, and successful life.

We all come from a different background that contributes to our own individual health story, and wherever you are at, I’d love to help you reach your goals and see positive and lasting change in your life.
